Atsuko Okatsuka Adds Adelaide Date To 2024 Australian Tour
The American comedian’s rescheduled tour includes several new dates.
After rescheduling her debut 2024 Australian tour to later this year, American comedian Atsuko Okatsuka has now added extra shows, including a date in Adelaide at Norwood Concert Hall.
The LA-based stand-up comedian, actor and writer is playing nine shows in Australia before hopping across to New Zealand for two final shows as part of her wildly successful ‘Full Grown’ tour.
Okatsuka’s Australian visit commences with two shows in Perth at the Astor Theatre on Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30. She then heads to Melbourne for two shows at The Palms at Crown on Wednesday, July 31 before a stop in Adelaide for a performance at Norwood Concert Hall on Friday, August 2.
The final leg of her Aussie tour includes two shows at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on Saturday, August 3 and two shows at The Tivoli in Brisbane the following day, Sunday, August 4.

Born in Taiwan, raised in Japan and now living in America, Okatsuka discovered comedy through a Margaret Cho DVD as a young child. Earning her stripes playing all the top comedy clubs across the States over the past decade, Okatsuka’s profile went global with the release of her HBO stand-up special, The Intruder, which was named Best Debut Special of 2022 by the New York Times.
Okatsuka has gone on to appear on all the big American late night talk shows and is currently developing a half-hour comedy series based on her life with FX. Also known for creating the #DropChallenge that has amassed over 10 million views on her socials, Okatsuka is ready to entertian fans with her unique sense of humour when she touches down this July.
