HOUSING BOOM RETURNS TO HART’S MILL

After close to a 12-month break, Housing Boom is back at Hart’s Mill this December 2. 

Helping you start summer on a high, the unique boutique festival has curated an incredible day-to-night lineup featuring moktar, Roza Terenzi, Adi Toohey and a cast of local supports like Lonely D, Bound, Brigitte and PHIL 4 REAL.

Hart’s Mill's industrial vibe will be elevated by Fabric Creative, who is set to design an immersive stage and impressive lighting program. The ever-talented Ryan Sahb will also serve his eclectic visual oddities throughout the day’s sets. As always, Housing Boom’s commitment to production will take the exciting sounds of Australia’s underground music scene to the next level. 

Adelaide favourites Delinquente Wines, Bizzarro, Pirate Life and Yes Maté will be pouring the drinks while Pan & Vine will be serving up slices of their popular pizzas all afternoon. Vintage store Hand Me Down Heat will also be back at Housing Boom, providing their collection of preloved threads to crowds. 

Since 2018, Housing Boom has set out to create an inclusive community that champions Adelaide’s underground music scene. Devised by mates Phil Pirone, Dave Kamenair and Yani Tsapaliaris, Housing Boom started as a monthly club night in a 70-person venue space and has since expanded to hosting day-to-night events at Adelaide’s unlikeliest spaces, like Freemasons Hall and Narnungga Urban Forest. Housing Boom’s last visit to Hart’s Mill saw X Club, Sally C and Juicy Romance play B2B sets.
