Frontier Touring is pumped to announce the return of alt-rockers Wallows to our shores this December. The multi-platinum LA trio is hitting the road in support of their highly anticipated third studio album Model. The John Congleton-produced (St. Vincent, Sharon Van Etten) record is set for release on May 24.

Along with today’s tour announcement, the band has dropped their latest single ‘Calling After Me’. This is the follow-up to indie rocker ‘Your Apartment’, the first single from Model.

This will be Wallows’ biggest global headline tour, with the band playing shows in Australia and New Zealand. In a press release, the Wallows had this to say about their return to Australia: "We played some of our favourite shows to date on our first visit to Australia and New Zealand. Can’t wait to finally be back and in even more cities this time."

Their run of Aussie shows take in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane before they head across the Tasman Sea for two gigs in Wellington and Auckland. The first night of the tour begins in Perth at the Fremantle Arts Centre on Thursday December 5. The rockers then head to Adelaide where they will play the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Saturday December 7, before hitting Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Monday December 9, Horden Pavilion in Sydney on Monday December 9, and finally Brisbane’s Riverstage on Saturday December 14.

The two performances in New Zealand will take place at the TSB Arena in Wellington on Tuesday December 17 and Spark Arena in Auckland on Wednesday December 18.

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9:00 am local time next Thursday, March 28, with Frontier pre-sale starting next Monday March 25. Head to Frontier Touring for all the details on the tour and ticket sales.

Best friends since the age of 11, the Wallows (Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters and Cole Preston) have been playing music together for almost two decades. The band's debut album, Nothing Happens, was released in 2019, but it was their sophomore record, Tell Me That It's Over, that got the boys noticed. Produced by three-time Grammy Award-winning producer Ariel Rechtshaid (Vampire Weekend, Haim, Adele), the album was well received by critics and fans and led to Wallows performing headlined sold-out shows around the globe, including playing huge festivals Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Reading and Leeds.

As well as standard tickets, two exclusive VIP packages are available for super fans of the band. The Gold and Silver packages offer a bunch of extras, including a VIP tote bag, VIP playing card set, commemorative laminate, early entry into the venue and more. For all the details head to Frontier Touring.

Pre-sale begins Monday March 25 at 9:00 am local time, with general sale tickets on sale Thursday March 28 at 9:00 am local time. Head to Frontier Touring for all the details.
