DJ Shadow Brings His ‘Action Adventure’ Tour Down Under
The phenomenal DJ brings his skills to Cloisters in February 2025.

DJ Shadow, one of the greatest to ever get behind the boards, returns to Australia in 2025.
The man responsible for the acclaimed 1996 record Endtroducing....., is performing five shows across the country next February as part of his Action Adventure world tour.
Kicking things off at Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on Valentine’s Day (Friday, February 14), the man born Josh Davis continues with shows at Adelaide’s Cloisters (Saturday, February 15), Sydney’s City Recital Hall (Monday, February 17) and Brisbane’s Felons Barrel Hall (Tuesday, February 18), before finishing up his Aussie tour at Perth’s Freo Social on Wednesday, February 19.

For over 30 years DJ Shadow has been consistently amazing fans with his incredible creations. Ever since dropping his stunning debut album Endtroducing....., Shadow has continued to spellbind with his records and collaborations, from his genre-hopping UNKLE release Psyence Fiction to classic single ‘Six Days’.
Not one to be defined by genre, Shadow branched out into rock music with his fourth album The Less You Know, the Better, before getting experimental with 2016’s The Mountain Will Fall and leaning into his hip hop heritage with 2019’s Our Pathetic Age.
DJ Shadow’s latest release, last year’s Action Adventure, is another risky record, with AllMusic's Paul Simpson writing that Action Adventure “doesn't sound like DJ Shadow's other records, but it's exactly the type of album he would make—a risky, expectation-bucking set that only fully makes sense to the artist himself.”
An incredible talent who revolutionised hip hop and sampling in the 90s, DJ Shadow’s Action Adventure tour is not to be missed.
