Housing Boom Returns To the Adelaide Parklands in January 2025

After hosting two incredible events at Harts Mill in Port Adelaide this year, locally owned and operated boutique music company Housing Boom are bringing their latest event back to the Adelaide CBD.

Held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, the exciting day/night mini-fest will feature London DJ Ben UFO, Melbourne’s Pretty Girl (performing a DJ set), passionate DJ and producer DAWS and a host of awesome local supports that includes Snakecharmerr, xxxquisite, Lonely D, PHIL 4 REAL and Yunny.

Housing Bloom are all about creating a vibe, so they’ve hooked up with the team at Fabric Creative to bring revellers an immersive stage and lighting set up with a top-notch sound system to enhance the overall experience.

Keeping you hydrated are an array of local suppliers including Delinquente Wines, Bizzarro, Pirate Life and Yes Maté. Those feeling peckish can grab a burger from Gang Gang while Hand Me Down Heat have you covered for all your vintage needs.

Intent on building a community of like-minded music lovers, Housing Boom’s upcoming January event is a safe and inclusive space for young people to let loose and be who they are while enjoying tunes from a diverse lineup of electronic producers and DJs.

Established by good mates Phil Pirone, Dave Kamenair and Yani Tsapaliaris in 2018, Housing Boom aims to push underground dance music artists in safe and inclusive spaces.

Starting life throwing monthly gigs at the notorious Biggies at Betram, Housing Boom has evolved into a pop-up event-focused company, crafting dynamic musical experiences in unique spaces across the state.

Curating a loyal following amongst Adelaide electronic enthusiasts, Housing Boom was a recent finalist in the 2024 SA Music Awards Best Small Festival category. The trio of Pirone, Kamenair and Tsapaliaris plan to continue throwing outrageous parties for dance fans in quirky locations across Adelaide as they foster a growing community of like-minded folk.
