Beyoncé Announces New Album Title, ‘Country Carter’
After hyping up the release of her new country album earlier this year, releasing the singles ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ and ‘16 Carriages’, Beyoncé has this week revealed more details about the record.
Using the X account of her production, management and entertainment company Parkwood Entertainment, Bey posted an image of the album cover that included its title, Country Carter.
The cover features a horse saddle with a red, white and blue sash that has the album name written across it.
Along with the image, the post also gave the album’s release date, Friday 29 March. You can pre-order limited edition copies of the album here or pre-save it here.
Rumours are also swirling that the album will include a cover of Dolly Parton’s classic ‘Jolene’, with the Queen of Country revealing in an interview with Knox News that she believes Bey has recorded a version of the song that may find its way onto Country Carter.

Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas O’Connell have become the youngest two-time Oscar winners after their track 'What Was I Made For?' won the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
Taken from the Barbie soundtrack, the song hit the top of the charts around the world, including taking out the #1 spot on the ARIA Charts.
Eilish, 22, and O’Connell, 26, won their first Oscar for Best Original Song in 2022 with the James Bond theme ‘No Time to Die’.
“I’m so grateful for this song and for this movie and the way it made me feel,” Eilish said during her acceptance speech. “This goes out to everyone who was affected by this movie.”

Eskimo Joe Returns With New Single ‘The First Time’
Aussie stalwarts Eskimo Joe are back with new single ‘The First Time’. Harking back to their Black Fingernails, Red Wine days, this is a classic slice of indie rock sure to please fans of the band.
The music video also conjures feelings of nostalgia, showing different moments throughout the band’s career, including footage of them playing on Recovery, winning an ARIA Award and acting up behind the scenes.
“After an amazing 2023 of playing some huge festivals, there's this indescribable energy when a massive crowd is singing your songs back at you,” frontman Kevin Temperley said in a statement. “We wanted to capture that energy and infuse it into our recording. So, in the first week of January this year, over five days, we wrote and recorded ‘The First Time’ at my studio in Fremantle.”
While no mention of an album, Eskimo Joe is hitting the road from April to July for more shows as part of their hugely successful acoustic tour, although Adelaide is not on the list of stops.
*NSYNC Reunite and Perform Live for the First Time in Over a Decade

The reunited fivesome sang their iconic songs ‘Bye Bye Bye’, ‘Girlfriend’ and ‘It’s Gonna Be Me’, while also debuting new tune ‘Paradise’, which is part of Timberlake’s new album, Everything I Thought I Was, which comes out today.
While fans are hoping this reunion will lead to more performances or even an album, there appears to be no plans for reviving *NSYNC, with Timberlake gearing up for a massive world tour in support of his new album.
