TISM had everyone in raptures when they announced their first your in 20 years to coincide with the release of their new album Death To Art a few months back.

Sadly Adelaide wasn’t part of the tour schedule, but that’s all changed with the balaclava-wearing larrikins announcing a non-so-secret warm-up show at The Gov next month.

Taking place on Sunday, October 6, doors open for the matinee performance at 1pm. Tickets for the gig are on sale now via The Gov. If you’re keen to catch the band live in Adelaide for the first time in over two decades, get in quick as tickets are sure to sell out asap!

Expect to hear all the TISM classics along with tracks from their forthcoming Death To Art album, including new single ‘’70s Football’, which you can check out below.

TISM announced the release of their new record a few months back by sharing the music video for the title track, featuring the band and their kids destroying several pieces of art.

The reveal of the new album and single comes after an unusual period of activity for the band, with TISM having released the single ‘I've Gone Hillsong’ and EP The “C” Word in 2023, while also playing a one-off gig in Hobart earlier this year.

TISM’s original three-date Australian tour begins on Jagera Turrbal Land/Brisbane at Brisbane Riverstage on Sunday, October 20. They follow this with a gig on Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung Land/Melbourne at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday, November 9 before the final date at Hordern Pavilion on Gadigal Land/Sydney on Friday, November 29.

Tickets for all three shows are available via Destroy All Lines. Those keen on the Adelaide show at The Gov on Sunday, October 6 can grab tickets here.
