VINTAGE VIBES REVEAL SUNDAY HEADLINE ACT AND $99 TICKET SPECIAL
Big news from the Vintage Vibes camp this morning…
The secret Sunday headliner has been revealed! Brisbane indie rockers Ball Park Music are set to electrify the stage at Vintage Vibes next year. They’ll join the festival bill that’s already jam-packed with international acts like Rudimental, Groove Armada and Milky Chance, plus homegrown starts like The Tesky Brothers and DMA’s.
Ball Park Music will join the Sunday lineup of Vintage Vibes, which will take place at Tomich Wines in the Adelaide Hills on January 28.
Known for their infectious indie rock/pop sound, Ball Park Music has been a consistent festival favourite nationwide. With seven albums under their belt and multiple awards, including an ARIA Music Award, their electric presence guarantees an unforgettable experience.
"We are beyond thrilled to announce Ball Park Music as the secret jewel of this year's Vintage Vibes line-up,” says festival director Blake Gilchrist. “Ball Park are a group who have commanded Australian festival stages for years and have released countless hits. I’m beyond excited to see them take the stage at Vintage Vibes this year.”
In other exciting news, as we creep closer to Christmas, Vintage Vibes has decided to spread the festive cheer and release a limited amount of reduced-price tickets, dropping from $178 to $99 for a week to help ease the pressure from the cost of living crisis.
“We totally understand how hard it is out there, petrol prices, groceries, mortgages all the prices are up, plus it's Christmas time, so we know dollars are tight…,” continues Blake. “We want to make Vintage Vibes accessible to everyone and if that means offering a small release of reduced-price tickets, then so be it!”
In addition to a top-notch festival bill, Vintage Vibes has also teased some of the incredible culinary experiences and beverage pourers popping up at the Adelaide Hills site. Indulge in an array of food options from The Picnic Table, Nagev, Staazi & Co, Motherlode, TaCHs, Sookii La La and more. As for drinks, you can expect the usual fan-favourite tipples from locals like Vale Brewing, Tomich Hill Wines, 23RD Street Distillery, plus an El Toro Tequila Hacienda Bar. Mobile, booze-free cocktail bar, Don’t Mock Me, will also be making an appearance!
With ticket prices dropping to a low of $99 today, don’t forget to grab yours as an early Christmas present to yourself. Vintage Vibes will be donating $1 from every ticket to NFP Red Dust, which supports the provision of musical instruments to Indigenous artists, schools and communities.
