Formed in London, Los Bitchos take inspiration from cumbia, a style of Colombian folk music that was popular in the 70s and 80s.
The quartet’s music is infused with feel-good energy and they quickly became one of London’s most hyped bands when they broke out in 2017, dropping two sell out 7” singles and signing to label City Sland.
Los Bitchos released their acclaimed debut album Let the Festivities Begin! in 2022 and have performed alongside the likes of Pavement and King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard and at some of the world’s biggest festivals, including Glastonbury and Coachella.
Los Bitchos’ most recent record, this year’s Talkie Talkie, is named after a fictional club and takes listeners on a sonic adventure through beguiling melodies and invigorating soundscapes.
Catch Los Bitchos at Summertown Studio on Friday, January 24. For full ticketing information visit Handsome Tours.
