Amyl And The Sniffers Announce huge 2025 Australian Tour
The energetic punk rockers will be joined by UK act Bob Vylan and Australia’s own Miss Kaninna.
Celebrating the release of their third album Cartoon Darkness, which dropped today, Amyl And The Sniffers have announced a run of Australian dates taking place early next year.
The boisterous punk rocker's latest record was produced by man-in-demand Nick Launay at Foo Fighters’ 606 Studios in Los Angeles and includes the previously released singles ‘U Should Not Be Doing That’, ‘Chewing Gum’, ‘Big Dreams’ and ‘Jerkin’’.
The quartet’s eight-date Aussie tour will feature two very special guests – UK punk duo Bob Vylan and the powerful Miss Kaninna – and kicks off in Adelaide at Hindley Street Music Hall on Thursday, January 16.
The quartet then hit Perth’s Port Beach Beergarden on Friday, January 17 followed by gigs at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday, January 24, Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday, January 25, Wollongong’s Waves on Monday, January 27, and Sunshine Coast’s The Station on Thursday, January 30.
The final two dates of the tour take place at Brisbane’s Tivoli on Friday, January 31 and Tassie’s Party in the Paddock on Friday, February 7.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale Wednesday, October 30, with general tickets going on sale on Friday, November 1. For all the details head to Amyl And The Sniffers’ website.

The announcement of Amyl And The Sniffers’ Aussie tour comes after a huge year for the Amy Taylor lead group. Not only have they released their powerful third album Cartoon Darkness, but 2024 saw the Sniffers support the Foo Fighters on their recent US stadium tour, sell out headline shows across the US, UK and Europe, and hit all of the major festivals in Europe.
Discussing Cartoon Darkness, Taylor says the album is “about climate crisis, war, A.I., tiptoeing on the eggshells of politics, and people feeling like they’re helping by having a voice online when we’re all just feeding the data beast of Big Tech, our modern-day god.”
Catch Amyl And The Sniffers at Hindley Street Music Hall on Thursday, January 16. For ticketing information visit amylandthesniffers.com. Stream Cartoon Darkness here.
