Blues Guitar Virtuoso Gary Clark Jr. Reveals 2025 Headline Australian Tour Dates
The four-time Grammy Award winner is coming to Adelaide next April 2025.

Heading Down Under in 2025 to perform at the final ever Bluesfest Byron Bay, Gary Clark Jr. has announced his own run of headline shows.
The guitar virtuoso’s first tour of Australia in six years begins with a gig at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Monday, April 14. Clark Jr.’s whirlwind tour continues with performances at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Tuesday, April 15 and Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday, April 17, before the man behind the Grammy Award-winning album This Land takes to the stage at Bluesfest on Friday, April 18.
Tickets for all three shows go on sale this Friday, October 25 at 11:30am local time via Live Nation. There are also several pre-sale options for those determined not to miss out on tickets.
The Mastercard pre-sale begins tomorrow, Wednesday, October 23 at 10:30am local time and ends Friday, October 25 at 10:30am local time. You can find all the details here. Gary Clark Jr. has been playing music since the mid-90s, with the Texas-born guitarist releasing several independent albums during the early 00s. Things changed when he began working with Alicia Keys on her 2012 album, Girl on Fire. Clark Jr. dropped his major label debut Blak and Blu later that year, with the record peaking at #6 on the Billboard Album Chart.
It’s been nothing but good times and great music since then, with Clark Jr'. releasing three more studio albums (2015s The Story of Sonny Boy Slim, 2019s The Land and 2024s JPEG Raw) and several well-received live recordings. He’s also collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music business, including Slash, Foo Fighters and Tom Morello.
