The Eyre Peninsula music festival Granite Rocks returns for round two in 2025. Held at Wudinna Football Oval, Wudinna, on Saturday, April 5, this family-friendly event prides itself on being a day of music, food and drink in one of South Australia’s most famous regions.
Set against a backdrop of the spectacular Eyre Peninsula, the second edition of the Granite Rocks Music Festival is headlined by Aussie punk legends Bodyjar and rockers 28 Days. The lineup also includes P!nk tribute act Get Pink’d, high energy cover band Funk Me, Port Lincoln pop rockers Summer Search Party and country act Caitlin Drew & The Blindside. Punters can also catch sets from Outnumbered, Brass Souls, Louis Fuller and DG and other chords.
Along with an eclectic musical program, Granite Rocks has assembled an awesome selection of food stalls from the best restaurants and eateries in the region. As first reported by Greater SA, get stuck into some tasty treats from Thip Thai, satisfy your craving for BBQ with a plate from Whyalla’s Smokey Uppercuts, chow down on fresh seafood from Streaky Bay’s Fishfix, enjoy wood-fired pizzas from Pizzas for Shore or try a curry from Beyond India.
Those with a sweet tooth can fulfil their sugary needs with the famous RFDS doughnuts while sipping on a fresh brew from the crew at Flower and Honey Coffee Van. There are also plenty of bars serving refreshments and market stalls selling local wares.
Granite Rocks also provides free camping at the nearby RV Park, with powered sites also available at an additional cost.
