The Pixies Reveal Two Night Residency 2025 Australian Tour
The alt-rock icons are performing two nights consecutive nights in each city.

Currently touring Australia in support of rock legends Pearl Jam, Pixies have let the cat out of the bag and revealed they are returning in 2025 on their own headline tour.
But this isn’t your standard Pixies gig, with the band revealing they’ll perform two consecutive nights in each city they visit with different setlists. The first night will see Pixies perform fan favourite albums Bossanova (1990) and Trompe Le Monde (1991) in their entirety, while the second night will be more of a greatest hits set and include tracks from the band’s just-released tenth studio album, The Night The Zombies Came.
Anyone who caught Pixies supporting Pearl Jam understands just how incredible they are live, so this tour is one you don’t want to miss out on. Unfortunately, South Australian fans will have to travel interstate to catch Pixies, with the band only performing in Fremantle, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
The tour kicks off in Fremantle at Fremantle Prison with two shows on Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9 and is followed by shows on Thursday, November 13 and Friday, November 14 at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion. Pixies then perform two sets at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Sunday, November 16 and Monday, November 17, before wrapping things up at Melbourne’s Festival Hall on Wednesday, November 19 and Thursday, November 20.
There are several pre-sale options available for fans, with the Mastercard pre-sale running from 11:30am local time on Friday, November 22 until 11:30am local time on Monday, November 25.
