Role Model Announces 2025 Australian Tour

The American singer-songwriter is touring in support of his recently released sophomore album, Kansas Anymore.

Rapper turned singer-songwriter Role Model has announced a four-date Australian tour. The man known to his parents as Tucker Harrington Pillsbury touches down in February 2025 in support of his latest album, Kansas Anymore.

Currently on tour with Gracie Abrams, who also just announced an Australian tour, Role Model’s folk-twinged indie pop tunes have seen him garner over 60 million combined global streams and average close to 3 million listeners per month on Spotify.

The likable fellas No Place Like Tour World Tour begins in Brisbane at The Tivoli on Wednesday, February 5. The ‘Deeply Still in Love’ songwriter then performs in Sydney at the Enmore Theatre on Thursday, February 6 and follows this with shows at the Forum in Melbourne on Saturday, February 8 and Adelaide’s The Gov on Tuesday, February 11.

Rising singer-songwriter Medium Build has been earmarked as support for Role Model’s quick Aussie tour.

After gaining the attention of Benny Blanco and the late Mac Miller in 2017, Role Model shared several EPs and singles in the leadup to his debut album, 2022s Fix. Earning critical acclaim from the likes of HYPEBEAST, Interview and CLASH Magazine, the album helped establish Role Model as an exciting new voice in the global music sphere.

Kansas Anymore, Role Model’s much-hyped follow-up to Fix, arrived earlier this year to more praise from critics. An honest break-up album, Kansas Anymore took two years to write and includes production from Noah Conrad (Chappell Roan, BTS, Niall Horan), Ian Fitchuk (P! nk, Kasey Musgraves) and Scott Harris (Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes).

The record has over 40 million streams and spawned viral singles ‘Deeply Still in Love’ and ‘Frances’, with DIY calling it “a record ostensibly about heartbreak and homesickness can be so overwhelmingly fun, using both genre and trope in parallel ways with just the right level of self-awareness and humour along the way…”
