TOWNS – ‘BIRTHDAYS’
TOWNS – ‘BIRTHDAYS’

It may seem an eternity ago, but there was likely a time when the difficulties you faced were lessened by a visit to the beach, a cruise on your skateboard or even dancing recklessly.
Adelaide pop-punk duo TOWNS have created the soundtrack which accesses your adolescent freedom with their single, ‘Birthdays’. Channelling iconic groups such as The Starting Line and +44, but injecting some “bonzer” Australiana via Kisschasy inspirations, the twopiece have discovered the fountain of youth through honey-soaked pop’n’roll. In all honesty, these three-minutes maybe a bit too Moscato and not enough Mismatch lager but ‘Birthdays’ well and truly could be that celebratory anthem.
Sounds like: ‘Hit The Lights’ cooler younger brother who drinks Pirate Life and not Prosecco.

Sounds like: That burst of energy that gets you out of bed in the morning.
