Malevolence Announce Four Intimate Headline Gigs
The new shows come in addition to the band’s 20-date tour supporting Alpha Wolf.

UK metal heavyweights Malevolence revealed they’ve added four intimate headline gigs to their upcoming Australian tour supporting Melbourne-based nu metal hardcore act Alpha Wolf.
The four shows all take place in capital cities across the nation during Malevolence’s tour with Alpha Wolf, commencing at Brisbane’s The Brightside on Tuesday, May 6. The Sheffield five-piece then have headline gigs lined up at Perth’s Lynotts Lounge on Tuesday, May 20, Adelaide’s Jive on Thursday, May 22 and Melbourne’s Stay Gold on Wednesday, May 28.
Malevolence have roped in an array of local supports acts to join them at these shows, with Splinter and Cold Blood performing in Brisbane, End It All and Closed Off in Perth, Splinter and Outsider in Adelaide and Splinter and Gravitate in Melbourne.

Forming in 2010, Malevolence have emerged from the UK’s underground metalcore scene to become one of the leaders of the pack. Comprising Alex Taylor (lead vocals), Josh Baines (lead guitar, backing vocals), Konan Hall (rhythm guitar, co-lead vocals), Wilkie Robinson (bass) and Charlie Thorpe (drums), Malevolence have released three studio albums: Reign of Suffering (2013), Self Supremacy (2017) and Malicious Intent.
Malevolence have performed all over the world, touring relentlessly across Europe, North America and Australia, including appearances at iconic festivals such as the UK's Download Festival, America’s Welcome To Rockville and the first-ever edition of Knotfest Australia in 2023.
