R&B superstar NE-YO is bringing his successful ‘Champagne & Roses’ world tour to our shores later this year.

The man behind global hits ‘So Sick’, ‘Close’ and ‘Miss Independent’ is playing five shows in Australia this September and October, with a special one-off performance in New Zealand.

Joining NE-YO on tour is fellow soul singer Lloyd, whose stacked catalogue of hits includes ‘Get It Shawty’, ‘Lay It Down’ and ‘You’.

The tour begins Thursday September 26 in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena. NE-YO then performs shows in Adelaide at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Saturday September 28, Perth at RAC Arena on Sunday September 29, Brisbane at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Wednesday October 2 and finally in Sydney at Qudos Bank Arena on Thursday October 3. The soul singer then heads to New Zealand for a special show at Spark Arena in Auckland on Saturday October 5.

General ticket sales kick off Monday April 22 at 10:30am local time. Two pre-sale options are available for Aussie fans, with the Mastercard pre-sale beginning Wednesday April 17 at 9:30am local time and Live Nation pre-sale occurring Friday April 19 at 10:30am. New Zealand fans also have their one special pre-sale on Wednesday April 17 at 9:30am. For all ticket details visit the Live Nation website.

After getting his big break writing Mario’s 2004 hit ‘Let Me Love You’, NE-YO signed a four-album deal with Def Jam and embarked on a career as a singer. The man behind the global hit ‘So Sick’ has had multiple top ten hits and collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music biz, including Calvin Harris, Mariah Carey, Pitbull and T-Pain. He’s also written hit songs for Rihanna (‘Unfaithfull’) and Beyoncé (‘Irreplaceable’) and dabbled in the world of acting.

Support act Lloyd got his start as part of the preteen-boy band N-Toon before finding success as a solo star. The New Orleans crooner has five albums to his name, with his most recent, 2018s Tru, featuring the likes of Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Curren$y.
