You Should Listen To
Cloud Clearing – ‘Eel’
One of SA’s more underground and elusive electronic producers, Cloud Clearing has released a second track, ‘Eel’, following their debut single in 2022. The six-minute journey begins with a welcoming whirl of synthesised triggers that draw the listener in for something deeper. Boundless and expansive soundscapes prevail in a piece best listened to in the situation depicted by the track’s artwork: lying down, undisrupted by the ocean. We’re looking forward to hearing more about the evolution of Cloud Clearing!
