BILLIE EILISH ANNOUNCES 2025 AUSTRALIAN TOUR
The ‘bad guy’ and ‘ocean eyes’ singer will play stadium shows across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Billie Eilish is heading to Australia in 2025 as part of her massive world tour.
Hitting the road in support of her forthcoming third album, Hit Me Hard and Soft (due for release May 17), the 2019 triple j Hottest 100 winner is playing 12 shows across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne next February and March.
Sadly the nine-time Grammy Award winner isn’t making it to Adelaide as part of the tour. Those hoping additional shows might be announced at a later date should stop crossing their fingers, with Live Nation confirming in a statement that “no further Australian shows [will] be added” and that fans should “get in fast to avoid disappointment.”
The tour starts in North America this September before Eilish heads our way in February and then makes her way to Europe for the final leg of dates.
Live Nation has also noted that the tour will include several sustainable initiatives to help reduce greenhouse gas pollution and decrease single-use place waste. Eilish is known to support climate change and environmental issues and is doing her best to make the tour as environmentally friendly as possible.
Tickets for Eilish’s Australian shows go on sale this Friday, May 3 via Live Nation. Before the official general sale date, there are four pre-sale options available. American Express member’s pre-sale kicks off tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1 via americanexpress.com. Frontier Touring, Live Nation and Vodaphone pre-sale begins on Thursday, May 2 via frontiertouring.com, livenation.com.au and vodaphone.com.
