Formed in 2013, Bahboon have gained a cult following over the past decade thanks to their energetic brand of stoner rock meets doom metal. While their earlier material has more of an alternative/garage sound, Bahboon have drifted in heavy waters, with their most recent release, Thunder Ape, chock full of metal riffs and doom rhythms.

The band tours Japan regularly and have also performed shows in South Korea and the UK and are looking forward to getting back out in front of Australian audiences over the next week.

Catch Bahboon at The Austral on Friday, February 1. Tickets on sale now via Moshtix.
