In news that’s a surprise to no one, Oasis have added more shows to the Australian leg of their OASIS LIVE ‘25 World Tour.

Along with the previously announced dates occurring on Friday, October 31 at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium and Friday, November 7 at Sydney’s Accor Stadium, Noel, Liam and co are now also performing in Melbourne on Saturday, November 1 and Syndey on Saturday, November 8.

It’s more than likely additional shows will be announced once the pre-sale kicks off on Monday, October 14.

The general on-sale commences on Tuesday, October 15 (9:30am local time for the Melbourne shows and 11:30am local time for the Sydney shows) via the Oasis website.

Oasis’ Australian return marks the band’s first tour of the country in two decades. Since splitting up in 2009, both Noel and Liam have had success as solo artists, with Noel forming Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Liam releasing albums with Beady Eye and solo.

Before their untimely break-up Oasis ruled the charts across the globe. Their debut album, 1994’s Definitely Maybe, is the fastest-selling debut album in British history and spawned hit singles ‘Supersonic’, ‘Live Forever’ and ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’.

Oasis followed up with arguably their most popular album, 1995’s (What's the Story) Morning Glory?. The record cemented Oasis as the biggest band in the world at that time and revolutionised the Britpop genre.

All seven of the band’s albums have topped the UK charts, with hit single ‘Wonderwall’ becoming a favourite of Aussie fans, coming in at number one in triple j’s Hottest 100 of 1995.

The band’s Australian tour is possibly your last chance to see Oasis live, depending on whether the Gallagher brothers can stay on friendly terms.
