Six years on from their last Australian visit as part of Good Things 2018, The Wonder Years return to our shores next year for a nine-date tour.

The emo-punk collective will be joined by alt-rockers Joyce Manor and Melbourne’s own Suzi as they traverse the country next March and April. Fans can expect a career-spanning set from The Wonder Years, with the band’s Dan Campbell having this to say about the tour: “We are absolutely ecstatic to be coming back to Australia early next year. It's been far too long, and we're extra excited that these are venue shows where we can play full and long sets for y'all.

“Also, to somehow make all of this even more incredible, we get to have Joyce Manor, one of our all-time favourite bands, and Suzi, who have quickly become one of our new favourites, on these shows with us. It's truly a dream tour in dream places, and we hope to see you there.”

The tour begins at Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Thursday, March 27 and continues with dates at Newcastle’s King Street Bandroom on Friday, March 28, Sydney’s Liberty Hall on Saturday, March 29 and Towradgi’s Waves on Sunday, March 30.

The Wonder Years then finish the tour with shows at Hobart’s Altar on Wednesday, April 2, Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on Friday, April 4, Adelaide’s Lion Arts Factory on Saturday, April 5 and Perth’s Magnet House on Sunday, April 6.

Pre-sale tickets are available from Monday, November 25 at 4:30am local time. You can register for access here. General on-sale commences Wednesday, November 27 at 10:30am local time via Destroy All Lines.

2025 marks two decades since The Wonder Years formed in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. They’ve released seven albums over that period, including their most recent record The Hum Goes on Forever, a pandemic-inspired release that came out in 2022.

Currently consisting of Dan "Soupy" Campbell (lead vocals), Casey Cavaliere (lead guitar, backing vocals), Matt Brasch (guitar, vocals), Josh Martin (bass, vocals), Nick Steinborn (keyboards, guitar, backing vocals) and Mike Kennedy (drums, percussion), The Wonder Years have dropped two singles this year, the stand-alone track ‘Year Of The Vulture’ and ‘Deadbolt’, which is a cover of the well-known Thrice track taken from the 30th anniversary edition of the Hopelessly Devoted to You series of compilations released by Hopeless Records.

Catch The Wonder Years at Lion Arts Factory on Saturday, April 5. For full ticketing information visit destroyalllines.com.
