Snarky Puppy Celebrate 10 Years of ‘We Like It Here’ with Australian Tour
The five-time Grammy Award-winning band will be playing all the big hits from We Like It Here along with fan favourites.

Texas jazz collective Snarky Puppy are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their seminal album We Like It Here, with a 2025 Australian tour.
The five-time Grammy Award winners are known for their soothing yet upbeat blend of jazz, funk and blues, with the band featuring a rotating lineup of 19 members.
Heading Down Under in May 2025, Snarky Puppy commence their tour at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Thursday, May 15. They follow with shows at Sydney’s State Theatre on Friday, May 16, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Sunday, May 18 and Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Wednesday, May 21, before bringing things to a close at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Friday, May 23.

Established in 2004 by primary composer Michael League, Snarky Puppy began as a musical project between friends studying jazz at the University of North Texas. Merging the group’s love for all types of American music, they quickly gained a fanbase that’s seen them touring relentlessly over the past two decades.
Having released ten studio albums and performed at iconic festivals such as New Orleans Jazz Fest, Newport Jazz Festival and Australia’s very own Bluesfest Byron Bay, Snarky Puppy are a brilliant live band who have to be seen to be believed.
To coincide with the tour and album anniversary, Snarky Puppy are releasing We Like It Here (Remixed, Remastered, Reimagined), a version of the album with brand new tracks and previously unreleased takes this December 6 (pre-save here)
