Voting is now open for Hindley Street Music Hall’s annual Live Music Awards. All you need to do to cast your vote is click on this link and name your favourite live artist who played at Hindley Street Music Hall in 2024 and why they are your pick. It’s really that simple.
There’s a stack of incredible bands and artists who performed at the venue last year, with the likes of Jorja Smith, Teddy Swims, Dirty Three, Mogwai and The Jesus and Mary Chain just some of the awesome acts who took to the stage.

Along with crowning a winner, everyone who enters goes in the running for the coveted Golden Ticket. This prize enables the winner to attend five shows held at Hindley Street Music Hall throughout 2025 for free. That’s right, for free!
Last year saw over 1,000 votes cast to choose the best live act that played the venue in 2023. The surprise winner was German electronic outfit Electric Callboy, closely followed by SA’s own The Mark of Cain. Check out the top ten live acts below.
