Melbourne & Sydney Oasis Dates To Be Announced
The Gallagher brothers are heading to the US, Canada, Asia and Australia next year.
According to UK music bible NME, Oasis are coming to Australia in 2025. Sources have told the music mag the Gallagher brothers will perform in Melbourne and Sydney as part of their Live ‘25 Tour.
The news comes just weeks after Oasis confirmed they were getting back together. Rumours swirled during this year’s Reading Festival that the band was reforming after Liam teased a reunion during his headline set on Sunday (August 25).
Soon after the social media accounts for Oasis and both Gallagher brothers shared a teaser video with the date 27/08/24 and the time 8:00am.
On August 27 the band officially confirmed the world’s worst-kept secret in the music biz, announcing the Live ‘25 Tour with stadium shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin.
Tickets went on sale on August 31, with the rollout an absolute shitshow. Many ticket goers spent hours waiting in online queues just to access the Ticketmaster website while dynamic pricing resulted in some tickets selling for way over the original quoted price.
