Life Pilot – ‘Mayflower’
‘Mayflower’ has five-piece Life Pilot showcasing their most cinematic and passionate work yet. A delicate post-rock introduction misdirects listeners before the post-metalcore explosion shocks them in a way that would make Norma Jean envious. Vocalist Angus Long is impressive, showcasing the extent of his vocal capabilities, while the band moves between serenity and psychosis in their sound. This is an enchanting colossal – climb aboard.
