Jorja Smith Shares Video for New Single ‘High’ Ahead of Australian Tour
The track is the UK singer’s first taste of new music since the release of her acclaimed album, falling or flying.
Ahead of her Australian tour this October, UK soul singer Jorja Smith has shared the video for her latest tune, ‘High’.
The bouncy house single is the first taste of new music from Smith since she dropped her acclaimed sophomore album, falling or flying, at the end of 2023. Speaking on the track, Smith said: “It’s a song about finding a friend within myself. Even through the lows, you have to find the highs.”
The music video for ‘High’ was shot in Smith’s hometown of Walsall by British director KC Locke. “I always wanted to do something with the talented KC! I just wanted to have some fun with this one!” Smith explained about the collaboration.
KC added: “Jorja is a real one. It was a pleasure to finally link up and bring the world of ‘High’ to life.”
