Justice and Tame Impala Share Video for Collab ‘Neverender’
The 80s-inspired anime music video was directed by Masanobu Hiraoka, Kota Iguchi, and Armand Beraud.
French electronic act Justice returned in 2024 with their first album in eight years, Hyperdrama. The album was critically acclaimed and featured several high-profile guests, including Australian favourite Tame Impala.
The alias of multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Kevin Parker, Tama Impala featured on two of the album’s tracks – ‘One Night/All Night’ and ‘Neverender’.
Justice has now shared a music video for ‘Neverender’ produced by Cekai and directed by Masanobu Hiraoka with Kota Iguchi and Armand Beraud. Inspired by 80s era Japanese anime, the music video is an explosion of colour and sci-fi visuals that are a feast for the eyes.

In a statement, Justice explained: “The ‘Neverender’ music video gave us the perfect opportunity to channel many of our visual influences, all while making them more distinctive through Masanobu Hiraoka’s unique reinterpretation.
“Together with longtime collaborators Pascal Teixeira and Armand Beraud, we drew initial inspiration from the title sequences of the 1980s anime we grew up on, which set the visual tone for the video.”
Along with sharing the music video for ‘Neverender’, Justice has announced the ‘Neverender’ remix EP arriving Friday, September 27. The four-track release features a radio edit, extended version and remixes by Kaytranada and Rampa.
