US Hardcore Act Xibalba Announce 2025 Australian Tour
The hardcore doom slayers are touring in support of their latest EP, Aztlan.
Cali hardcore metal doom slayers Xibalba have announced they’re touring Australia in 2025. The death metal-tinged hardcore monsters are set to terrify Australian audiences next February in support of their 2023 EP, Aztlán.
Xibalba have secured nine dates, with the tour kicking off in Adelaide at the Crown & Anchor on Thursday, February 6. The following night Xibalba perform at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne on Friday, February 7, followed by gigs in Frankston on Saturday, February 8 at Signing Bird Studios, Ballarat on Sunday, February 9 at Volta and Canberra on Wednesday, February 12 at The Baso.
The tour then continues in Newcastle on Thursday, February 13 at Hamilton Station with the final three dates of the tour in Sydney at Crowbar on Friday, February 14, Brisbane at Tomcat on Saturday, February 15 and Perth at the Rosemount Hotel on Sunday, February 16.

For over 15 years Xibalba have been leading the way with their hardcore-influenced metal compositions. Over that time they’ve gained a worldwide cult following and become known for their riotous live performances.
Singing in both English and Spanish, Xibalba have released four albums and two EPs, with Aztlán their most recent release.
Their upcoming tour is a celebration of the band and will include deep cuts, fan favourites and new songs when they hit the country in 2025.

The album was recorded at Eventim Apollo in London earlier this year.
The former frontwoman of The Runaways is touring Australia in September.
