Newgate Crowd – ‘Change of Mood’

Dropping fresh track ‘Change of Mind’ in early February, Newgate Crowd have harnessed the simple recipe for a good song (i.e., a punchy beat, shitloads of energy and some heavy bass) to create a tight sound we didn’t know we were missing. Channelling the angst of late 2010 alt-bands (hello Nothing But Thieves), this four-minute track is a demonstration of how this fast and loose genre can tackle all topics, including heartbreak. Can’t wait to hear what this three-piece does next.
