Club Sport, ONEFOUR, Middle Kids and More Headline Ability Fest 2024
Ability Fest makes its much-anticipated return this October and expands to Brisbane.
Ability Fest returns bigger and better in 2024 with not one, but two festival dates.
Australia’s first accessible music festival takes place in Alexandra Gardens/Birrarung Marr in Naarm/Melbourne on Saturday, October 19 and is followed by the festival’s expansion into Meanjin/Brisbane on Saturday, October 26 at Victoria Park/Barrambin.
The star-studded lineup is jam-packed with awesome Aussie talent and includes the likes of Club Sport, ONEFOUR, Kita Alexander, Middle Kids, Ocean Alley, Bag Raiders and Floodlights. A total of 28 acts have been announced, with the soon-to-be-announced winner of triple j Unearthed to be added to the bill.
Not only are tickets cheap ($60) but 100% of ticket sales will go to founder Dylan Alcott’s charity organisation, the Dylan Alcott Foundation, which aims to give young Australians living with disabilities a chance to succeed and achieve their dreams.

Founder and former world tennis champ Alcott adds: “For many Australians, the cost of living crisis has created significant financial strain. We believe that music has the power to unite communities, bring people together and lift our spirits, especially during challenging times.”
Victorian Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events, Steve Dimopolous, echoes these thoughts: “Ability Fest’s dedication to making events more accessible and diverse creates a positive impact on both our local community and tourism sector, showcasing that Melbourne continues to be the vibrant and inclusive city we call home.”
