What’s your signature sandwich?
The HCP. It’s smoked ham, cheese and pineapple mustard brûlée, served between two slices of fresh Try Theropy bread. Two hands recommended.
What makes it different?
We love putting twists on classic combos and I think the HCP encapsulates that perfectly.
What hollywood actor would star in a commercial, eating it?
Mike Tyson. We had a cut-out of him in our shop for a while, so he’s already a part of the brand!

What’s your signature sandwich?
Definitely our Rodeo Reuben! It’s a thinly sliced pastrami sandwich with stacked pickles, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Rodeo’s secret sauce.
What makes it different?
It’s our play and twist on such a classic sando. We’ve taken a risk with messing with an already near-perfect flavour combination by adding in more elements and a spicy flavoursome sauce. I think we’ve taken the Reuben to a new level!
What hollywood actor would star in a commercial, eating it?
Kristin Chenoweth for sure. She’s so over the top and fun. The energy matches our food and fit out!

What’s your signature sandwich?
Our signature sandwich is our Sopressa Sando, featuring our house-made fermented chilli mayo, fior di latte, tomato, basil pickled chilli and Sopressa (naturally!) on our house-made sourdough foccaccia.
What makes it different?
It has to be our lush, house-made sourdough focaccia, baked fresh daily, seven days a week. When Executive Chef Shane Wilson joined the Anchovy Bandit and Bottega Bandito crew, he brought along a seven-year-old sourdough mother that he continues to maintain daily.
What hollywood actor would star in a commercial, eating it?
Jeff Goldblum, 100%. He’s a certified Don and has excellent taste – have you seen how that man dresses?! If Jeff Goldblum walked up to you on the street with no introduction to spoon-feed you something nondescript, you wouldn’t question it – you’d go with it because you just know that Jeff knows. He’s understated and charming with a slight edge that keeps you interested and coming back for more... Just like the Sopressa.
